Amanda Brunker (Author) is gunning for Petroceltic (PCI), Kenmare (KMR), and Paddy Power (PLS). There were two non-Irish picks: Tesco (TSCO) and Google (GOOG). Expectation for ISEQ at end of year: 3,300
Fergus Murphy (ESB) is looking to C&C (CCY), CRH (CRG), CPL Resources (DQ5), FBD Holdings (EG7), Irish Continental (IR5A), and Smurfit Kappa (SK3). Expectation for ISEQ at end of year: 3,500
Tom McGurk (4 FM) has the following on watch for 2010: Paddy Power (PLS), Ryanair (RYA), FBD (EG7), Smurfit Kappa (SK3), Kerry Group (KRZ) and Greencore (GCG). Expectation for ISEQ at end of year: 2,985.
Brenda Shanahan ('The Apprentice') has gone for Allied Irish Banks (AIB), Paddy Power (PLS), C&C, Ryanair (RYA), Aryzta (YZA), and Kerry Group (KRZ).
Finally, Feargal Quinn (Senator), has opted for CPL Resources (DQ5), Merrion Pharma (3MP), Worldspreads (WSPR), Bank of Ireland (BKIR), Irish Contentinal Group (IR5A) and C&C. Expectation for ISEQ at end of year: 4,500.
So, in summary, we have four picks out of six for Paddy Power (PLS) - although how random the Paddy Power Monkey was in 'picking' this is up for debate! Three picks for Ryanair (RYA), C&C, and Smurfit Kappa (SK3). With a couple of picks for Kerry Group (KRZ), Irish Continental (IR5A), and CPL Resources (DQ5).
